At Drizz, customer satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations work for services and products.

Service Refunds / Cancellations

✔ Services can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment at no extra charge.

✔ If a service has already started or is completed, it cannot be refunded.

✔ If you are unhappy with the service outcome, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve your concern.

Product Refunds / Returns (Furniture & Décor)

✔ Custom-made furniture is not eligible for returns or refunds.

✔ Ready furniture and décor items can be returned only if there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

✔ Defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

✔ Products must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a return.

✔ Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
