Balcony ceiling painting is not included by default and can be added if required.

⚠️ Seepage / Damp Wall Policy (Important)

If seepage, dampness, or moisture is found on the balcony wall during inspection:

➤ Mandatory seepage treatment charge: ₹1,999

Painting on untreated seepage-affected walls is not covered under warranty.

This treatment is essential to prevent:

➤ Bubbling
➤ Damp patches
➤ Fungus growth
