📏 HOW WE CALCULATE THE PRICE (RFT + TILE AREA + GRANITE)

Your final price depends on:

1️⃣ Kitchen Layout (2BHK / 3BHK etc.)
2️⃣ Material Package
3️⃣ Whether loft is included
4️⃣ Tile choice (Local / Kajaria)

We use standardised RFT (Running Feet) to calculate woodwork cost and standard tile area based on actual flat layouts.

✔ Chimney area is deducted from upper cabinets
✔ Fridge area deducted only for larger kitchens
✔ Final RFT is recalculated during site measurement

🔎 Granite Countertop Calculation

➤ Granite sqft = Running Feet × 2 ft (standard depth)
(Quartz available as upgrade)
