📐 HOW RUNNING FEET (RFT) IS CALCULATED

Kitchen pricing is based on Running Feet (RFT).

✅ STANDARD KITCHEN SIZES USED FOR PRICING:

➤ 2BHK + Study: 13 RFT
➤ 3BHK: 15 RFT
➤ 3BHK + Servant: 17 RFT

✅ DEDUCTION RULE (IMPORTANT)

➤ Chimney / Hob Area: –2 RFT (Upper cabinet is not counted here)

➤ For most small 2BHK kitchens: Fridge is usually kept outside → No fridge deduction is applied

➤ For 2BHK + Study, 3BHK & 3BHK + Servant: Fridge deduction is applied as per actual site layout

✅ Final pricing is calculated only on the actually buildable cabinet length
