We offer free pickup and delivery within 3–4 days. Please clearly inform the pickup personnel of your specific requirements for each item at the time of collection to avoid any confusion.
Dry-cleaning and laundry involve chemicals, water, heat, and machine processes. Results may vary depending on fabric type, age, prior washes, and care labels.
Stain removal, color fastness, shrinkage, and fabric strength cannot be guaranteed, especially for old, delicate, or unlabelled garments.
Pre-existing issues such as fading, thinning, loose stitching, or set stains are not considered service defects.
In case of a verified service issue, resolution is limited to re-processing, partial refund, or wallet credit for affected items only.
Full order refunds are not applicable. Maximum liability is capped and will not exceed 3× the cleaning value of the affected item or 20% of the total order value (whichever is lower).
Any concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for review.
